Another of Toronto's growing segment of soft loft buildings, the North Beach Lofts development by Namara Developments was completed in 2006. Near the intersection of Kingston and Main, it can claim to be in the "North Beaches".
The North Beach Lofts are located near the intersection of Main and Kingston Road. It stands 6 stories high, with the south-facing units offering a panoramic view of the lake. It is within walking distance of the vibrant, well established Beach neighbourhood.
While some of the lofts have views of the lake, it is not really that close to the water. With ceilings at nine feet or more, hardwood floors and come concrete, the units are rather nice. Kitchens with lots of granite and stainless are sure to please.
