While true or 'hard' loft construction typically involves the conversion of a vintage factory or warehouse, Watermark Lofts is a new, or 'soft' loft construction. This ensures that only the latest construction materials and methodologies will be used to create your new home, and also makes it eligible for the Tarion Warranty.
