Toronto’s Film District is set to host a new development called Worklofts, which will introduce a different way of life that combines the personal and the professional in a unique blend of commercial and residential spaces wrapped up in a stunning package.

Sitting atop this brick base is the light, modern, industrial glass-and-aluminum residential structure.
As not just the architects of the project but also the interior designers, Core Architects maintained the integrity of this historic area in the project’s interiors. The building’s interior features large, open-concept living and dining spaces, with exposed concrete walls, concrete ceilings and warehouse-style columns.
